the app crashes almost instantly after addingthe files t be converted, namely flac files. Hope this will be sorted out asap, otherwise will write a formal complaint and demand a full refund

Extremly dissapointing, since the conversion from WMA to MP3 is not working. An update was promissed but until today I could not do the job!

I bought this program for just one purpose: converting files to ac3. It does not work for multichannel at all. Save your money and buy something else, because this is a really promising but then nonkeeping piece of s. Software.

this app converted all my music files into the Scorpions Song „No one like you“. This app didn´t normalize the volume. Waste of money, even 1€ is too much for it.

I am not too happy with this purchase. This application keeps crashing everytime I try to convert FLAC files to MP3. If I use the highest quality it crashes right away. If I use a lower quality it last a bit longer but eventually crashes after about two mintutes. Please patch and re-release. I wish iTunes has a return policy especially for applications that dont work as advertised!

Its okay. It froze on me while converting flac to mp3, about 4 to 5 times while converting 13 albums. After force quitting it, restarted it and did the album again and worked perfectly fine. So, its random freezing. Also, during the first go I added all 13 albums (About 280 songs) and it froze after doing about 72% and was utilizing 300% of my i7 2720QM till i force quit it. It not a bad app, it just freezes randomly.

Crashed the first time I used it. Tried to convert a 15 song playlist to MP3, made it to 38% then nothing. Waste of time and money. Dont buy this!

I use this program almost every day as my job is in digital file management. I have used many converters before and this is my favourite. Supports the most versatile list of file types. Definetly recommend.

I am very disappointed with this app. It crashes constantly and is absolutely unusable. (I am running ML an MBP.) It is a waste of money.

This is a useless app. İt exits when you want to convert. You can not add folders but only files! Does not work as advertiesed!

Love this app on Lion and SL. So far, doesnt work stable on Mountain Lion. Just one star.

Potentially great soft, but apparently not ready yet. It cuts off artwork and and anything else from TAGs exept absolute basic info like “artist” “album” “title"

I needed an app to strip the audio from videos and send to iTunes. This is perfect for that especially on batch conversions. It also does everything else it’s supposed to do. Just drag files into the window and hit the convert button - Voila! Much easier and faster than other apps I’ve tried from the app store. Quality is excellent too. The negative reviewers might have other issues at the root of their problems or maybe gave up before updates; as I remember there were some problems early on. I haven’t found any problems with more recent or this update. My system: 2012 MacBook Pro 9,2, i7 2.9 GHz, 8GB, OWC Mercury Electra 6G SSD, El Capitan OS X 10.11.5 (15F34) - (still a current model) It also worked flawlessly on a 2008 MacBook 5,1: Core Duo 2.4GHz, 8GB, OWC Mercury Electra 3G SSD, Mavericks OS X 10.9.5, that I gave to my daughter.

I cant make it through 12 flac to alac conversions without a crash. When it crashes, no, everytime you re-open it for any reason, you need to re-set the conversion settings. Every. Time. Most frustrating when you need to re-add the same songs over and over again because of repeated crashes, and forget to re-set the settings. Can you get an App Store refund? I want one. Googling it now.

The audio quality is good. More, I could make some necessary setting. Professional and easy to use. I should say it is what I want. thank you
